Safely drive company and customer vehicles (including electric vehicles) as required for delivery, collection, service, and other operational purposes.
Ensure all assigned vehicles are driven in accordance with traffic regulations and company policies.
Perform vehicle inspection before and after driving to ensure cleanliness, good condition, and report any damages or irregularities immediately.
Assist in transporting customers, parts, or equipment between branches, service centres, or suppliers as instructed.
Support the service team in vehicle logistics — including parking, charging EVs, or arranging vehicles for customer delivery and test drives.
Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, and fuel/charging usage reports.
Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of vehicles or materials to meet operational efficiency.
Maintain good customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Assist in general duties such as workshop errands, document dispatch, and branch support when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Possess a valid driving license (Class D/DA) with clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in the automotive industry or corporate environment.
Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Physically fit and able to perform basic vehicle checks.
